Knutsford Floral Design Club hold meetings every third Wednesday of the month (except in August and December) at Plumley Village Hall.
They are held from 1.30pm – 4.00pm at Plumley Village Hall, WA16 0TU.
Our meetings have a demonstrator on stage, creating fantastic floral designs and afterwards our audience enjoy a free cuppa, biscuit and natter. We hold a regular raffle for people to have a chance of winning the demonstrators designs and have a sales table to purchase extra goodies.
We are a friendly bunch of people who have a common interest in flower arranging and floral design. Anyone who wishes to make friends, have fun with flowers or simply sit and watch a demonstrator create fantastic floral designs can come along and join our club.
Annual membership is £55.00 or visitor fee £10.00.
Flower arranging classes will be held on the Tuesday afternoon before the monthly club meeting to help gain confidence in flower arranging.
Christmas and Spring Workshops are held and are hugely popular for a small fee that includes flowers, foliage and mechanics, along with guidance from our very own professional florists.
People are encouraged to have a go at creating an arrangement and join in our monthly competitions. We also show our work and compete at the annual Royal Cheshire Show in June each year. Many new novice and more experienced arrangers achieve awards, silver cups and accolades.
Don’t be shy, come along and meet our welcoming committee and faithful club members.
