The team at the family-owned Holiday Inn A55 Chester West alongside The Hawarden Community Events Team, held a Summer Ball in aid of Nightingale House Hospice earlier this month and raised over £4,300.
The fantastic Black-Tie Event which included a 3-course meal, live band, cabaret, and silent auction was a huge success.
Jennifer Smith, the hotel’s General Manager said:
‘We were delighted to host this event at the Holiday Inn Chester West and support Nightingale House Hospice and the inspiring work they do. We feel that it's important to support our local community around us and do what we can to help.’
In May, Harriet, sales and marketing executive at the hotel, also put in a huge effort for the community and ran the Chester Half Marathon for Nightingale House.
Harriet said:
‘I trained hard for the Chester Half, and I was pleased to take part and do my bit’.
