RainbowBiz CIC is a Deeside-based Social Enterprise which has been providing regular community activities for almost a decade.
By selling ethnic hippy clothing, gifts, crystals, incense and much more, the Hippy Shop generates money to fund the community work the organisation does every week. As 100% of all profits are reinvented back into the organisation.
The Hippy Shop was officially opened on Saturday by their Patron Rt Hon Lord Barry Jones.
The Rt Hon Lord Barry and Lady Janet Jones are longstanding supporters of the Social Enterprise. Lord Barry said: "RainbowBiz has a wonderful record of past achievements and I have been so lucky to be associated from day one as their Patron. This is history today and it's lovely to see everyone turn out for this special occasion". The rainbow ribbon was cut and the Hippy Shop declared officially open by Lord Barry.
Many local, County dignitaries and representatives from organisations, friends, family and customers of the Hippy Shop all were in attendance.
You can show your support by visiting the Hippy Shop on Shotton High Street. Open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 10am until 4pm.
