Flintshire County Council is inviting residents to have their say on its Well-being Objectives and the Priorities set out in its Council Plan (2023-28).
The Council Plan (2023-28) is a list of things the Council has committed to do to support local people and communities.
Having moved away from producing an annual plan, the Council Plan (2023-28) now looks forward over a longer five-year period and considers how it can help people today but also how it can protect the well-being of people in the future - our children and our children's children.
The consultation is open for eight weeks, from Monday 12th August until Monday 7th October 2024.
Deputy Leader of the Council, Councillor Christine Jones said:
“Not everything the Council does is mentioned in the Council Plan (2023-28), yet every day all the work carried out by the Council, in its own way, helps deliver what we have set out to do.
“Knowing what is important to our residents, is important to us and the answers we receive will help us understand if the things listed in the Council Plan (2023-28) are right or if they need changing.
“Anyone with an interest in Flintshire is welcome to respond and I would encourage people to get involved and have their say.”
