The family of Slawomir Kulesza, from Ellesmere Port – who died on Saturday 2 May – have paid tribute to him.
The 47-year-old was found with serious injuries at an address in Blakemere Court.
Police officers administered first aid at the scene and paramedics were called to the address to assist but, despite the best efforts of everyone involved, he sadly died.
His family said: “We are devastated at Slawomir’s death and he will be sadly missed by his family and friends. We would ask that our privacy is respected at this difficult time.”
They have also issued a photograph of Slawomir (see above).
