Family Day has been taking place at the world’s oldest racecourse since 1995.
In that time, it’s become a staple summer event for the local community, stretching across the North West and even into North Wales. Known for its incredible value, the Family Day has become an annual tradition for local families.
Each year the Open Course is transformed into a wonderland for children and families. Activities which are completely free to everyone who has a ticket, promise an entire day full of non-stop fun and entertainment. In the past we’ve had huge inflatable castles and slides, ginormous sand pits and even a retro roller rink!
This years activities are set to be bigger and better than ever. With activities such as:
• A giant sandpit
• Silent disco
• DJ
• Disco Yoga
• Pinocchio and friends dance plus meet and greet
• Storytelling
• Retro real life arcade games
• Brio & CreART make & do plus goodie bag giveaways
• Graffiti artist workshop
• Mask & Rosette making
• Tattoo & ink bar
• Garden Games area
• Sports area
• Giant inflatables

This year we’re rewarding customers that book early with the best ticket prices. This means the quicker you book, the better price you’ll get!
