Engaging Today to Transform Tomorrow

Flintshire County Council is keen to receive feedback on its new draft Consultation and Engagement Strategy - Engaging Today to Transform Tomorrow.

The aim of the Strategy is to clearly and simply set out how people can get involved, have their say on the things that matter to them and to help improve existing council services as well as helping to shape what services may look like in the future.

The feedback received will help to develop what the final version of the Strategy looks like.

The consultation opened on 29 September and will close on 9 November 2025 and is open to everyone to have their say.

Residents who are unable to complete the survey online can visit any of the Council’s Connects Centres where support will be available.

Opening times can be found on the Council’s website or by calling:

01352 703 020

Support will also be available on the Gwella Mobile Library on the following dates:

30 September / 2, 15, 27, 22, 24 October / 4 and 6 November 2025.

Councillor Linda Thomas, Cabinet Member Customer and Corporate said:

“I am a strong believer in community and that together we can achieve greater things.  That’s why it’s important that the people of Flintshire are given every opportunity to have their say on the things that impact their lives and to work with the Council in helping to develop and improve the services they receive.

“It is important that every voice is heard and people are supported to get involved in ways that are best suited to their needs.

“We are committed to listening to what you tell us and I would encourage residents from all areas of the county to take part.”
