While Christmas is a happy and celebratory time of year for many, it can also be a stressful period for some residents.

Essential services and support is available throughout Christmas for those who may need help to deal with a moment of personal crisis.

Expert help is available on the end of a telephone or via email, offering support such as how to access emergency food, medical help, emergency services, child welfare concerns and mental health support.
