A 20-year-old man has been charged with sexual offences following an investigation by Eastern CID
The offences took place in Northwich and Crewe involving an 18-year-old woman.
Sam Williams, from Flint Court, Ellesmere Port appeared at Chester Magistrates Court on 11th July to face the charges of assault by penetration and rape.
He was remanded in custody to appear at Chester Crown Court on 8th August.
