Flint RNLI are holding a concert comprising of local school choirs and local adult choirs to celebrate 200 years of the RNLI.
The RNLI has been saving lives at sea since its founding in 1824. In that time, its lifeboat crews and lifeguards have saved over 144,000 lives. Funded by voluntary donations and with lifeboats crewed by specially trained volunteers, the RNLI is a truly unique rescue operation.
Tickets are now on sale for the concert, kindly sponsored by local businesses which proudly brings together singers from local schools and adult choirs. Refreshments will also be available on site.
The event will be held on 29th June on an outdoor stage next to Flint Lifeboat Station.
