The Food Warehouse has invested more than three quarters of a million pounds in bringing a brand new store to Old Seal's Way in Chester.
The 11,276 sq ft supermarket opened its doors today, creating 30 new jobs and offering shoppers all the great value of a wholesale store without the need for membership.
The Food Warehouse combines the convenience of bulk buying with great value fresh, frozen and ambient food deals across more than 3,000 product lines, as well as including exclusive ‘When it’s Gone, it’s Gone’ deals on a great selection of homeware items.
Lucky shoppers on the opening day managed to get their hands on an opening day freebie. The first 500 shoppers received a free Celebrations Tub to celebrate the opening in the town. During the first week of opening, customers will also have the opportunity to win money off vouchers when they shop in store, plus other giveaways.
Launched just five years ago, The Food Warehouse now has more than 120 stores across Britain and shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon, with significant growth plans for the year ahead.
