A 29-year-old man from Chester has been summonsed to court, following an investigation into fraud offences totalling more than £20,000.
Thomas Mark Leatherbarrow, from Sumner Road in Chester, has been summonsed to appear at Domestic Abuse Warrington Magistrates Court on 9 September 2024 to face six counts of fraud by false representation.
The offences occurred between July 2017 and May 2022.
