CHESTER FC TO FACE YORK CITY OR NEEDHAM MARKET IN FA CUP FIRST ROUND

Chester FC will host either York City or Needham Market in the First Round of the Emirates FA Cup.

Ties are scheduled to take place 4th/5th November 2023 – with our potential opponents set to play their 4QR Replay on Tuesday night.

Confirmation will follow in due course – with our league game scheduled for the 4th at home to Brackley Town now postponed due to our progression.

Winners of First Round Proper ties take home £41,000 in prize money.

The Blues were 2-0 winners yesterday at Hartlepool United in our Fourth Qualifying Round tie, thanks to goals from Elliott Whitehouse and Charlie Caton.
