Chester Football Club have announced the signing of Rob Apter, on loan from Blackpool FC.
The 18-year-old winger arrives at the Deva Stadium on an initial 28-day youth loan from the Tangerines and becomes Manager Steve Watson’s first signing as Blues boss.
Apter spent the first half of the season on loan at Northern Premier Division side Bamber Bridge, ending his spell with a fantastic goal return of 10 goals in 22 appearances at Irongate.
Rob returned to Bloomfield Road last month and signed a new deal with the EFL Championship club until 2024.
The teenager has been capped twice for Scotland at Under-19 level, scoring one goal, and made his Blackpool debut last season at the age of just 17.
