In CWFL Queensferry Sports Premier Division:
Waggon & Horses made it a perfect fourteen wins from fourteen games on Saturday as they continued to plunder in the goals with a 7-2 win away at Shaftsbury. Ace marksman Haley Benion was again the main man as he netted a hat-trick to go along with efforts from Ben Barrett, Ryan McCleary, Lewis Coppack and Lewis Neil. Shaftsburys goals came from Danny Whitehead and Dean Nunn.
Kelsall had a fine 3-0 away win at Christleton thanks to a double from Mikey Taylor and a single from Com Coates. Whilst FC Farndon’s dip in form continued as they went down to Hoole Rangers 14-0! Josh Leach hit a four timer, Victor Arogundade a hat-trick, James Maloney a double whilst David Forde, Josh Hopley, Reece Ludlow, Alfie Powell, and Charlie Bell all got singles.
CWFL Tarvin Precision Vets Division 3:
Ashton Vets defeated Parkfield Vets 4-0 in a fine away performance. Matt Edwards, Stu Mackie, Luca Trasatti and Johny Waring were all on target for Ashton.
CWFL Tarvin Precision Vets Division 5:
Matty Nayland was on target for Port Sunlight Vets but that was not enough as Winsford Vets struck three times thanks to a double from Oliver James and a single from Chris Latham.
CWFL Roodee Web Designs Tom Gerraghty Memorial Trophy:
Cheshire Vikings Vets had Mike Final and Edward Wylde on target in a 2-1 win against Nags Head Vets in the Roodee Web Designs Tom Gerraghty semi-final. Whilst Poulton Athletic Vets had Fran Tolan on fine form as he bagged a treble to along with goals from Mickey McCann, Lee Dermo, Mike Armour, and an own goal.
Wirral Vets put five past Rake and Pike Vets without reply. Alec Higgenson bagged a brace as Michael Shaw, Danny Payne and Aaron Doyle all got singles.
