Friday, 26/09/25 - Great Sutton Reserves climbed to the summit of the CWFL Olympic Trophies Championship with a commanding 4–1 win over Frodsham Park JFC on Friday evening. A brace from Brad Thomson stole the headlines, with further goals from Dean Wylde and Joe Tittle securing the points.
Saturday, 27/09/25 - Blacon Youth Reserves edged past Chester Nomads 3rds in a closely fought 1–0 victory, thanks to a decisive strike from Ellis Moore.
Upton JFC Reserves claimed all three points with a 2–1 away win at Hoole. Josh Robinson and Aaron Rowland were on target for Upton, while Hoole managed a solitary reply.
A thrilling encounter in the Championship saw M.U.C United edge out Clarence FC 4–3. Doubles from Adam Hagger and Ben Jackson sealed the win, handing Clarence their second league defeat of the season. Clarence's goals came via Joel Hunter, Billy Beasley and Charlie Gouldson.
Elton JFC picked up a hard-earned 1–0 win over Chester Nomads 4ths, with Reece Davies netting the only goal. Meanwhile, Sutton Rangers Reserves put on a dominant display to dismantle Poulton Victoria 8–1. Joe Davies and Danny Lewis both bagged braces, with Callum Lang, Kyle Lynch, Dani Ferreira and Callum Jones also on the scoresheet. Tom Parker scored Poulton’s consolation.
