On Thursday 1st September a group of people will be walking 26 miles from Crewe to Chester to raise money for the charity 'Mind'.
Every year one in four of us experience mental health problems. Mind supports, listens and offers advice to anyone struggling.
They support people likely to develop mental health problems, to stay well. They empower people who experience a mental health problem to make informed choices about how they live and recover. They ensure people get the right services and support at the right time to help their recovery and enable them to live with their mental health problem.
They open the doors to people with experience of mental health problems participating fully in society. They gain equality of treatment for people who experience both mental health and other forms of discrimination.
Please join them in supporting this amazing charity.
