Broughton mum's Kidora app helps parents save money and find family days out

Kidora is a family marketplace and Parent Hub founded by Karolina Gudes, a mum of two from Broughton.

Kidora started after Karolina saw how quickly children outgrow clothes, toys, prams and baby essentials that are often still in very good condition, but can be frustrating for parents to sell through general marketplaces.

The app helps families buy and sell new and preloved baby and children’s items, including clothes, toys, books, prams, shoes, nursery items and other family essentials, with local collection or nationwide delivery.

Kidora has now grown into a wider family app with two new areas: Kidora Parent Hub and Kidora Family Places.

Parent Hub brings together practical UK-focused family guides, money-saving information and links to trusted official resources. Family Places helps parents search more than 6,500 family-friendly places across the UK by location and radius, including parks, soft play centres, museums, castles, animal attractions, beaches, cinemas, swimming pools and family days out.

Karolina Gudes, a mum of two from Broughton, said:

“Kidora started because I knew how quickly children outgrow clothes, toys and baby equipment, and how frustrating it can be to sell those items through general marketplaces. But family life is bigger than buying and selling. Parents also need practical information, ways to save money and easy ideas for places to go with their children.”

Kidora is available now on the App Store, Google Play and at:
