The Tote Chester Cup Day is the finale of the Boodles May Festival 2023.
The finale of the historic Boodles May Festival takes place on 12th May 2023, starting at 11:30 am, at Chester Racecourse.
It may be the final day of the festival, but it hosts the most highly-anticipated races of the season, the legendary Tote Chester Cup.
Begun in 1824, the Chester Cup has become a symbol of the Boodles May Festival each year and is the prize all jockeys, trainers and owners have eyes on.
This day will have an atmosphere like no other.
As the Boodles May Festival hits its stride, the latest and greatest once again arrive at the word’s oldest racecourse to be a part of racing history in the making.
