Chester FC can confirm that full-back Jamie Morgan has joined Nantwich Town on a 28-day loan deal.
The 24-year-old has made five appearances this term but hasn’t played for the Blues since picking up an ankle injury against Darlington in the Emirates FA Cup in September.
Morgan joins the Dabbers on a temporary basis, returning to the club the Blues signed him from back in June 2019.
Joint Manager Anthony Johnson said: “Jamie is going to Nantwich to build up his fitness and match sharpness.
“He’s a massive player for us and will be like a new signing when he comes back – but going to Nantwich for 28 days is the perfect scenario for them, him and us.”
