Local swim school Puddle Ducks Chester, Wirral & North Wales is celebrating the expansion of its services with the launch of aquanatal classes for expectant mums in the local area.
Taking place at the Mercure Abbots Well Hotel Chester on Mondays at 6:30pm and Thursdays at 5:45pm, these bump-friendly workouts are the perfect way for mums-to-be to stay active and enjoy some well-deserved “me time” in the water.
Commenting on the launch, owner Jay Nash says:
“We’re absolutely thrilled to bring aquanatal classes to Chester. Pregnancy is such a special journey, but it can also be tough on your body – so having that time in the pool to feel weightless, move in a way that feels good, and have a laugh with other mums-to-be makes such a difference. It’s all about feeling strong, supported and reminding yourself that you’re doing an amazing job.”
Since opening their doors over 18 years ago, Jay alongside her husband Chris have remained committed to the excellence they serve to local families by providing innovative baby and child swimming lessons.
Experiencing rapid growth and building a strong reputation, the couple were recently presented with the award for delivering consistent quality at Puddle Ducks’ annual conference, an accolade which is reflected in their new aquanatal classes which bring the same warmth, energy and passion to expectant mums, creating a community both in and out of the pool.
Lead aquanatal Teacher, Lowri Earith, added:
“There are so many benefits to aquanatal classes, from easing pregnancy niggles and boosting your energy, to meeting other mums-to-be who ‘get it’. Most of all, we want every single lady to leave the pool feeling relaxed, uplifted and ready to take on the week. We can’t wait to welcome you (and your bumps!) into the pool.”
