Police are appealing for information from the public to help find a missing woman from Frodsham.
Linda Atkinson was last seen at around 6.30pm today, Monday 11th August, at her home in Aston, near Frodsham.
The 76-year-old lives with dementia, meaning that she can often become confused.
Linda is described as white, around 5’ tall, and of stocky build. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a purple t-shirt, with a maroon jumper over the top and light grey slip-on shoes
Officers are urging anyone who sees her or has any information regarding here whereabouts to come forward.
Inspector Paul Blackburn said:
“There are several officers out searching for Linda and we are increasingly concerned for her welfare.
"Anyone who thinks that they may have seen her or has any information in relation to her whereabouts is urged to get in touch.
“I would also ask residents living in the local area to check any sheds or outbuildings in case Linda has taken shelter.”
Anyone with information or footage that may help officers find Linda is asked to call Cheshire Constabulary immediately on 101, quoting IML-2152774.
