Appeal to trace man wanted in connection with an assault

Police are asking the public to help them trace a man who is wanted in connection with an assault.

Mark Brett is from Chester and is believed to be in the Liverpool area.

The 40-year-old is white and of a medium build. He has dark brown hair and blue eyes.

Anyone who sees Brett or has information regarding his whereabouts is asked to call Cheshire Constabulary immediately on 101.

Alternatively, information can be given anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
