Officers investigating a burglary in Chester are appealing for any witnesses and video footage.
Sometime between 2am and 3am on Wednesday 20 March unknown offenders gained entry into an address on Willow Crescent in Hoole.
Once inside they stole a number of items including a man bag, a wallet and bank cards, along with a red Honda Jazz which was parked outside the property.
The suspects are believed to have travelled to the address in a dark Ford Focus which was displaying false number plates.
Enquiries in relation to the incident are ongoing and as part of their investigation, officers would like to appeal for any potential witnesses to come forward.
Police Constable James Wright said:
“As well as appealing for witnesses, we are also looking to speak to anyone who may have seen anything suspicious in the area shortly before or after the time of the incident.
“The same goes for anyone who may have CCTV or dashcam footage which they believe will be of assistance.
“While our enquiries continue, we’re also urging residents in the area to remain cautious and ensure that their properties are kept secure at all times.”
Anyone with any information which may aid the investigation is asked to contact Cheshire Police on 101, or visit:
