Police officers are appealing for witnesses and video footage following a serious collision in Ellesmere Port.
Shortly after 6.30pm on Tuesday 2nd December, police were called to reports of a collision on Wellington Road.
Officers attended and found there had been a collision between a grey Vauxhall Astra and an e-bike outside Ellesmere Port Fire Station.
The rider of the e-bike, an 18-year-old local man, sustained serious injuries and was taken to hospital where he remains at this time.
The driver of the car, a 38-year-old local man, was uninjured.
Enquiries in relation to the incident are ongoing and as part of the investigation officers are keen to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident, or anyone with any dashcam footage of the collision.
