Police are appealing for information after a man exposed himself to two girls in Moston.
At approximately 5.30pm on Friday 14 October, two girls were walking to a service station on Liverpool Road when a man standing in the nearby bushes made an inappropriate remark before stepping out and exposing himself.
The suspect is described as a man aged 20 to early 30s. He was wearing dark coloured top and loose grey trousers.
Enquiries in relation to the incident are ongoing and as part of the investigation officers are appealing to anyone who may have seen something suspicious.
PC Emma Ireland said: “I understand this is very concerning behaviour of which we’re looking into as a priority.
“This appears to have been an isolated incident and I would like to reassure the local community that we are doing everything we can to trace the man responsible.
“As part of our enquiries, we are appealing for anyone who was in the area and believes that they may have seen the offender or something that didn’t look quite right to contact us.
“The same goes for anyone who thinks they may know who the offender is or has dashcam or CCTV footage from around the area at the time.”
Anyone with information or footage that may help officers with their investigation should call Cheshire Constabulary on 101 or visit:
