Officers are appealing for witnesses and video footage following a fatal collision involving a van in Malpas.
At 9.50pm on Friday 28 October a report was received of a one-vehicle collision involving a white Vauxhall Vivaro van and a tree on Wet lane, in the Barton area of Malpas.
Sadly, the driver, a 23-year-old local man, passed away at the scene. His next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers.
An investigation is currently underway and as part of their enquiries, officers are appealing for information in relation to the collision.
