Police are appealing for information following a burglary in Ellesmere Port.
Between 5pm and 8pm on Saturday 29 October, unknown offenders are believed to have gained entry to a property on Chester Road, Whitby whilst the occupants were out and made an untidy search.
Several pieces of jewellery were taken during the incident.
It is believed that the offenders may have fled the scene in a vehicle.
Officers are now appealing to anyone who may have information to come forward.
Detective Constable Stuart Wood said: “I would like to reassure residents that we are doing all we can to establish the identities of these criminals and bring them to justice.
“Our investigation into the circumstances of the burglary is ongoing and we have been following numerous lines of enquiry.
“As part of our enquiries we are appealing to anyone who may have CCTV or dashcam footage from the Chester Road and Strawberry roundabout area to contact us.
“The same goes to anyone who may have witnessed anything or may have information that they believe could assist in our investigation.”
