Officers investigating a burglary in Ellesmere Port are appealing for information from members of the public.
At around 7.34pm on Tuesday 25 October, two unknown offenders are believed to have gained entry to a property on Westminster Road whilst the occupants were out.
When the residents returned, the pair quickly left the address through the downstairs window.
The offenders fled the scene in the direction of Grace Road and were seen getting into a Ford Kuga.
It is believed the pair were of a slim build, wearing dark coloured clothing and were approximately 6ft tall.
Officers are now appealing to anyone with information to come forward.
PC Jayne Sprawson said: “I would like to reassure residents that we are doing all we can to establish the identities of these criminals and bring them to justice.
“Our investigation is ongoing, and we have been following numerous lines of enquiry.
“As part of our enquiries we are appealing to anyone who may have CCTV or dashcam footage from the Westminster Road and Grace Road area to contact us.
“The same goes to anyone who may have witnessed anything or may have information that they believe could assist in our investigation.”
