Detectives are appealing for information from members of the public following a burglary in Blacon.
Detectives are appealing for information from members of the public following a burglary in Blacon.
The burglar is believed to have entered the unoccupied property on Saughall Road from the back garden.
The occupant’s ladder was used to reach the bedroom and climb through an open window.
Once inside the burglar has searched two bedrooms and stolen a number of items including jewellery and handbags.
It has occurred at some time between 3pm on Monday 8 November and 10am on Tuesday 9 November.
Detective Constable Carl Humphreys, from Chester CID, said: “Our enquiries have been ongoing since the burglary was reported and I am appealing to residents to check their CCTV and dash cam footage.
“If you believe the footage could assist with the investigation then please do get in touch.
“I would also encourage anyone who has information or perhaps saw someone acting suspiciously between 3pm on Monday 8 November and 10am the following day to contact us.”
