The board want to thank you for your incredible support this season. The atmosphere you create, home and away, and the numbers in which you follow the team makes a huge difference to the players.
As we enter a crucial stage of the season, with so much to play for, we want everyone to be able to enjoy what promises to be an exciting finish. The team have put our club in a fantastic position, and your support will be more important than ever in helping us push for success.
The vast majority of our fans back the club in exactly the right way – passionately and responsibly – and we are proud of the way you represent Chester FC. However, there have been several incidents over the past month that have crossed the line and a number of individuals responsible have been identified and now face being banned. This will also see increased safety measures in place for our next home match, which has a financial impact on the club.
We must there remind all supporters that the use of pyrotechnics, flares, and smoke bombs, as well as encroaching onto the pitch, is strictly prohibited. These actions not only endanger yourself and others but also carry serious consequences, including stadium bans, heavy fines, and potential sanctions against the club. We would hate for any fan to miss out on what could be a memorable end to the season due to poor behaviour.
Let’s continue to support the team in the right way and together we can ensure this is season to remember for the right reasons both on and off the pitch.
