Chester Race Company restaurants 1539 and The White Horse are hosting a special day for mums during Chester Food and Drink Week.
For those who missed the opportunity to treat mum on Mother’s Day back in March, six months to the day on Sunday 20 September, families are invited to dine at either restaurant and honour mum.
Whether it be for mum, gran, a motherly influence or a mum to be, take the opportunity to celebrate with family or friends on this newly-christened special day.
Mums can expect a warm welcome, a choice of a three-course meal at The White Horse, or a three-course meal at 1539 and a special gift on the day at both venues.
Dining packages cost £35 per person at 1539 and £30 per person at The White Horse. Children under 12 can dine on the same package for just £15.
Chester Race Company Restaurant Group Manager, Lynsey Jones, said:
“As a mum myself, I missed going out with the family for our annual Mother’s Day lunch. We wanted to create a new day in 2020 for mums to be treated by their families and enjoy a day of pampering and celebration. Both on-course restaurants at the racecourse are taking part and the teams are excited to celebrate with customers who choose to join us to commemorate the special ladies in their life.
“And don’t worry, we haven’t forgotten the Dads, a special day for fathers will take place at both The White Horse and 1539 Restaurant & Bar on Sunday 25 October, details of which we will reveal soon.”
Tables can be booked online at www.thewhitehorsechester.co.uk and www.restaurant1539.co.uk
Tables can also be booked over the phone: 01244 304 650 – The White Horse or by calling: 01244 304 611 – 1539 Restaurant & Bar.
