Join China Crisis in celebrating the 40th Anniversary of their breakthrough album Working With Fire and Steel as they perform the album for you live in its entirety, featuring songs such as the hits “Wishful Thinking” and “Tragedy and Mystery”, and the hauntingly beautiful “Here Come a Raincloud”.
As befits an anniversary of this significance, these select jubilee shows will be performed by Gary and Eddie accompanied by a standout group of musicians and feature top-flight visuals along with the stories behind the making of WWFAS as remembered by the artists who helped create it.
The live album performance will be followed by a second set of musical favourites from across the lifetime of the China Crisis catalogue. Come join the band for what will be a truly special event.

Formed in 1979 in Kirkby on Merseyside, China Crisis are essentially vocalist/keyboardist Garry Daly and guitarist Eddie Lundon. With hits including 'Wishful Thinking', 'Black Man Ray' and 'King In A Catholic Style (Wake Up)', their distinctive AOR-fuelled pop songs were everywhere in the '80s, spending a total of 92 weeks in the charts.
Who said the '80s were all bad? China Crisis, for instance, were largely considered one of the better musical things about that much-maligned decade.
The guys continue to tour and play festivals today.
