We provide mental health support to children with brain tumours and their families.
Our founders lost their son Tom, aged 9, 7 months after being diagnosed with a brain tumour. They felt that their mental anguish and lack/overload of information was not addressed in any way.
The mental health aspect of a physical illness is often overlooked, and they vowed to provide mental health support to compliment the NHS physical care provision.
We have just opened our 3rd centre at Alder Hey Children's Hospital. Our children and families come from all over the Northwest and North Wales.
