S.M.I.L.E, Supportive Mates In Life Exist.
S.M.I.L.E is a peer support group for adults suffering with anxiety and depression. We run every Tuesday 10:30 am to 12:30 p.m. from Rowland Heights Francis Street Chester CH13BD, we are also online via Facebook. It is a welcoming place and a caring environment. We are there to help, we have all been there. S.M.I.L.E is comfy security blanket to keep you warm. S.M.I.L.E has an upcoming event on July 20th we are having a fun day fundraising event at the Waggon and Horse’s Public house, Western Avenue, Blacon. There will be lots to do and see, from the tombola and face painting to a bouncy castle and raffle, plus much more. Tickets for the raffle are £2.50 a strip. Come along meet the team, join in, have fun and make friends. It’s okay not to be okay. Proudly putting our hands in the air to show we care.
