Pub Of The Week is the popular quiz where pubs in the Dee 106.3 area go head to head, answering the best brain-twisting questions that quizmaster Dave Phillips can throw at them.
The 2012 series has just finished, but it will return soon.

Pub of the Week returned for the Summer Season, on 1st July 2012, when the Dee Team were at the Nag’s Head in Haughton Moss in Cheshire, for Round One of the competition. Carl, Richard and Maddy managed a score of 3/12.
On 8th July, Liam and the Dee Team visited The Crown and Liver in Hawarden. Stuart, Katie and Alex achieved an amazing score of 10/12.
On 15th July, we visited the Bull and Stirrup in Chester where Jack, Dave and Steven got a score of 4.5/12.
On 22nd July, we visited The Ship Inn in Handbridge where Ben, Ringo and Liz achieved a score of 6/12.
On 29th July, we were at The Egerton Arms in Chester where Paul, Alexa and Nige achieved an outstanding score of 11/12, taking them to the top of the leader board.
On 5th August, we visited The Royal Oak in Higher Kinnerton where Gareth, Nev and Dick scored an impressive 10.5/12.
On 19th August, we were at The Black Dog in Waverton where Phil, Lynn and Teresa scored 5/12.
On 26th August, we visited The Red Lion and Sycamores Restaurant in Penyfford where Claire, Ali and Chris achieved a very good score of 10.5/12.
On 2nd August, we were at The Bouverie in Chester where Darren, Josh and Andy scored 8/12.
Pub of the Week will be back next year when, once again, the Dee Team will be out and about, in the Chester area, asking Pub Teams general knowledge questions.
Last Year’s Winners:
The winners were The Plum Tree, in Helsby, who scored 11/12 in their round of the quiz. They won a month’s free advertising on Chester’s Dee 106.3.
