A Northwich flat will be closed down as a result of drug use and anti-social behaviour
The 37 year old resident has been ordered to leave the property which is located on Witton Street.
Police were granted a closure order on Friday the 10th of November after receiving complaints from members of the community.
The windows and doors will be boarded up for three months and anyone who enters the flat can be arrested.
Constable Alastair Betts from Northwich Local Policing Unit says, “The activity at this address was totally unacceptable and I have no doubt that the closure order is the right result for the community and it will have a positive impact on the area…I hope that this closure will serve as a warning that people who choose to behave in this way can lose their homes as a consequence of their actions.”
