Cherry Grove School Radio Commercial Competiton

Well done to the Tesco Team!

We teamed up with the Cherry Grove Primary School in Boughton, Chester, who ran a project to learn all about commercial radio as part of their curriculum. Chester’s Dee 106.3 introduced the school to a selected number of our clients in order to create an advertising campaign for them to run on the radio station!

The winning commercial was produced for TESCO.

The idea behind this is two-fold: Firstly, to educate the children as to how a radio station works and secondly, and this is a fabulous opportunity for our advertisers to get involved with something within the community.

The winners of the competition were announced in a special assembly on Friday 14th November 2008 and made public on Gavin and Irene's Breakfast Show on Monday 17th November.
