Cheshire Fire Service Balloon Flight

Paul Webber takes to the skies
4th September 2007
Today, our intrepid freelance presenter and senior sales consultant, Paul Webber, was lucky enough to get a flight in a massive hot air balloon shaped like a Chubb Fire Extinguisher!
The aim of the flight was to highlight Cheshire Fire & Rescue Service's new text messaging service, which aims to alert people to fires and hazards in their area. Simply by registering, you then get an email advising you of fires or dangerous situations in your area.

Enjoying the flight with Paul was John Albury (the pilot) and Ian Berry, who won the chance to fly in it when he texted his name to be added to the Cheshire Fire & Rescue Service's new text messaging service.
